Samling Power Company (SPC) Proposes No Dividend for FY 2078/79

Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) has proposed not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders for the fiscal year 2078/79. The hydropower company won’t distribute neither bonus share nor dividend to its shareholders as the company is in loss as per the financial report.

The meeting of the board of director held on 7th December has announced ” No Dividend ” for the fiscal year 2078/79.
