Samudayak Lagubitta Bittiya Sastha Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Samudayik Lagubitta Bittiya Sastha Ltd has announced 21.05263 percent dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company SLBSL has announced 10% dividend in bonus share and 11.05263% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 21 February, 2022 has decided to distributed 21.05263 percent dividend from the paid up capital of NPR 13.20 crores. The amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 2.77 crores.

The proposed dividend by Samudayik Lagubitta for FY 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and Upcoming AGM of the Company.
