SHIVAM CEMENT Proposes 10.53% Cash Dividend for FY 2078/79

SHIVAM CEMENT has declared 10.53% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2078/79. The proposed cash dividend of SHIVAM CEMENT from the paid up capital of Rs 4.40 billion is equivalent to Rs 46.33 crores.

The company is only distributing cash dividend and won’t distribute bonus share for the fiscal year 2078/79. The proposed dividend of SHIVAM CEMENT will be credited in shareholders account only after the approval by upcoming AGM of the company.
