Vijaya Laghubitta Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. announces 21.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company VLBS has proposed 20% in bonus share and 1.0526% in cash dividend (incl tax).

The meeting of the board of directors held on 24 January, 2023 has decided to distribute 21.0526% dividend to its shareholders from the paid up capital of Rs 32 crores. The amount allocated for dividend purpose by Vijaya Laghubitta for FY 2078/79 is equivalent to Rs 6.73 crores.

The dividend proposed by Vijaya Laghubitta will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
