Aasha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 21.0526% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company (ALBSL) has proposed 20% in bonus share and 1.0526% in cash dividend (incl tax).

The meeting of the board of directors held on 6th February, 2022 has decided to distribute total dividend of 21.0526% to its shareholders. The amount allocated for dividend purpose by Aasha Laghubitta for fiscal year 2078/79 is equivalent to Rs 7.02 crores. The company has forwarded the proposal to the central bank of Nepal for approval and will be distributed to shareholders only after its approval and upcoming AGM of the company.
