Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Samata Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 18% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 15% in bonus share and 3% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 3rd February, 2023 has decided to propose 18% dividend to its shareholders. The amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 6.16 crores. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Ratsra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
