Supermai Hydropower Limited to issue 4,15,000 unit IPO shares to the general public from Magh 23, 2079. The early closing date of the issue is set for 26th Magh, but may be extended until Falgun 08, 2079 if not fully subscribed.
Out of the total 500,000 units shares offered in initial public offering, 50,000 units shares have already been issued to Nepalese in Foreign Employment. 10,000 unit shares have allocated for employees of the company, 25000 units for mutual fund and remaining 4,15,000 unit shares for general public.
