Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (JBLB) has announced 37.3684 percent dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2078/79. The microfinance company has proposed 28 percent dividend in bonus share and 9.3684% in cash dividend.

Proposed Dividend of JBLB for FY 2078/79

The meeting of the board of directors held on 18 February, 2022 has decided to distribute dividend including combination of bonus share and cash to its shareholders. The current paid up capital of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta stands at NPR 1.03 billion and amount allocated for dividend purpose is equivalent to Rs 38.63 crores.

The proposed dividend by Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta for FY 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and Upcoming AGM of the company.
