Prime Commercial Bank Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) has announced 8.95% dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2078/79. PCBL has proposed 4% in bonus share and 4.95% in cash dividend.

The dividend announced by Prime Commercial Bank will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by upcoming AGM and central bank of Nepal.
