Nepal Bank Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has announced 12% Dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The commercial bank has proposed 2% in bonus share and 10% in cash dividend from the paid up capital of Rs 14.40 billion. The meeting of the board of directors held on 16th December has decided to distribute 12% dividend to the shareholders.

The proposed dividend of Nepal Bank for fiscal year 2078/79 will be distributed to the shareholders only after the approval by central bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
