Ngadi Group Power Ltd. (NGPL) Announces Dividend for FY 2078/79

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has announced 5 percent dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of fiscal year 2078/79. The hydropower company has proposed 4.75% in bonus share and 0.25% in cash dividend.

The meeting of the board of directors held on 13 February, 2022 has decided to distribute 5% dividend to its investors which includes bonus share and cash dividend for tax purpose. The current paid up capital of the company stands at NPR 1.76 Billion and the amount allocated for dividend purpose by NGPL is equivalent to 5% of the capital.

The book closure date of NGPL is announced as 22 February, 2022. So, Investors maintained before the book closure date will be eligible for 5% dividend of NGPL for FY 2078/79.
