WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to Issue FPO
WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WLBS) to issue 51,293 unit FPO shares to the general public. The microfinance company has signed FPO Issue agreement with Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd. WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha plans to issue FPO shares at premium price to the general public after following the necessary procedures.
WEAN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is yet to receive approval from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue FPO.
